The universe must have a keen sense of karma or something. Today was, by and large, a shitty day. Yet, evening finds me a happy camper. Things just keep getting better and better the longer the day continues…! Latest happy thing is this: there’s a new Nine Inch Nails disc in the making, entitled “bleedthrough”, which should be available quite soon. I suspect it won’t be until spring 2004, but hell, I’ll take it with open arms. Yay!

Let the above be a warning as to why it’s unwise to half-listen to television conversations mixed with the talk of a bored audience. Absolute hilarity is likely to ensue.

In other news, I’m drinking tea. And it’s good!

Lookit that! Rather than wait around passively for news to come to me, I sent an email just now seeking out the information I desire. The message was directed to the publishing house through whom I am having printed some artwork for a compact disc series; here’s hoping I actually receive a reply this time. The definition of silence can be very difficult to discern.

I was threatened with bodily harm if I didn’t update my blog (ok, I admit: that’s a gross exaggeration), so here I am… updating my blog. Not too much to say, other than, uh, I really wish that companies who promise you a service in a timely fashion would hurry the hell up and deliver said product (this is regarding artwork printing, for those curious) or, at the very least, reply to inquisitive emails. I mean, is that really too much to ask?

Anyways, my plans for the evening include this: waiting for my hair to dry, catching up on a few message boards, and than reading a few dozen more pages in Michael Moore’s latest hardcover. Oh, and maybe the odd round of Bubble Trouble.
