Up On Arms

Wow. As Simon gets into climbing, it reminds me that I’m supposed to go out with a co-worker and try it out. My god.
I hurt in ways I didn’t know were possible. It’s better today, but yesterday evening I could barely hold the shopping basket. That being said, it was fun, and I think I’ll do it again.
In (m)other news, it’s Mothers’ day. Which means I’m feeding her, not the other way around. I’m making a dinner as I write this, which is… weird. I’m still not a cook, even at the most desperate of times. I hope this works out.

Sure. So you’re the good kid now. You’re the only one who cooks for mum on mother’s day. We get it. Simon and I were lax in our duties.
haha
I hope it turned out well. Wish I was there.

Well, we went to Beau’s place afterwards to watch the game, which definitely was good.
As for dinner, I was pleased with it, although I thought that the sweet potatoes made the stew a bit too, well, sweet. I’ll remember that for next time. Also: Mom hates parsnips

Hey, I was lax in my duties due to disatance. I take no blame in this matter! You live with her.

You were all wonderful, but that was a great stew! Despite the parsnips. Didn’t you wonder why you never got them growing up? Overall a lovely mothers day, and seeing the Oilers win was a yahoo!!! bonus. Thank you, Christopher. I love you all ! Mum
